RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE:
Return policies may vary depending on your country/location.
Returns or exchanges must be received within 14-days of receipt.
Please DO NOT remove hygiene stickers. The removal of hygiene stickers makes your purchase non-refundable. Items must have all original tags attached, remain unworn and free of perfumes, lotions (and glitter).
Please complete and include the return form on the back of your invoice along with your item to enable us to process your return/exchange as quickly as possible.
Candy Palm accepts no responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please ensure to return items via a recorded service.

Candy Palm aim to process all refunds or exchanges within 7-10 days of receiving your delivery. A confirmation email will be sent and a full refund or exchange processed. If a full refund is requested, this will be sent back to your original method of payment.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges on any orders.
Sorry if you have received a faulty item! So we can get this sorted, please contact with a picture of the faulty item and your order number.
LOST DELIVERY NOTES
Package up your unwanted purchase with a note inside including your name and order number (you’ll find this on your confirmation email). Send back to us and we will process your refund or exchange.
